Items in our Ready-To-Ship section can be returned for a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order, and return the piece within 14 days. Return shipping charges are payable by you, the customer. We can arrange a return courier collection and then refund you the cost minus the original delivery charge.
Made to order pieces cannot be returned. Should you wish to cancel a made to order item after placing an order please contact us within 3 days to notify us and a full refund will be issued. We advise you to get in touch if you have any questions about fit etc prior to ordering, and welcome customers to visit us in London to try pieces on.
We will exchange a made to order item for one of the same, only in the unlikely event of the goods having a fault at the time of delivery.
Any fault in the goods must be reported to us within 3 working days of receiving the delivery, by email and with pictures of the damage. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange collection of the faulty goods from you with our couriers, and send out a replacement item. As these are made to order pieces time will be needed to create the replacement piece, however we prioritise this and notify you of timescale.
We ask that you keep all delivery documentation to aid us in filing a complaint with the courier company if they have caused the damage to the goods.
